BobbleRoos offers many unique products such as security blankets, toddler pillows, Playard sheets, and Preschool Nap Mat Covers plus many more.  You may have know BobbleRoos as Mr. Bobbles' Blankets but they are currently rebranding their products under the BobbleRoos name since they now sell more than blankets.  Same great products, new name.

The company is owned and run by Renee Sirulnik - an entrepreneurial mom who has always loved sewing and creating things. Renee was surrounded by sewing her whole life - one grandma was a seamstress who worked in a garment factory in PA, while the other grandma was always crafting and working on a new creative project. Renee's mom is an avid watercolor artist as well as seamstress and generally creative person - the type of mom who made everything from bedroom curtains to fancy Easter dresses, Halloween and school-play costumes. She also designed and made Renee's wedding dress. Renee's dad is creative in a different way - teaching her how to think "outside of the box" and come up with new ways to solve problems - to "invent" things using everyday objects. 

BobbleRoos generously sent us a Playard sheet, toddler blanket & pillow.  Everything we received was made of the softest flannel I have ever felt.  This is high quality soft and cozy flannel.  I really wanted to cuddle up with the blanket myself!

We have an Arm's Reach Co-sleeper that we have attached next to our bed.  Aniala sleeps in there for naps but during the night she sleeps in our bed with us.  The co-sleeper takes the same size sheets as the standard playard so I put the playard sheet from BobbleRoos in there.  It fits perfectly and I love how the sheet encases the entire playard mattress.  I also love that has thought of the fact that shrinking will occur and has accommodated for that in their design.  Sure enough after washing it shrank but now it fits perfectly - I took the picture of it on the co-sleeper before washing.

Aniala loves her pillow and blanket.  She loves to cuddle up with them and she often hugs the pillow and rubs the blanket on her face.  I know she is not really old enough for pillows and blankets but after Aniala learned to roll over both ways we have used them for naptime.  She has horrible reflux and being propped up helps a lot.  I have a video monitor on her and I check on her all the time while she naps, it works for our family and I am safe about it.  Before we received the pillow from BobbleRoos we were using a full size adult pillow and I like the toddler pillow much better.  You can read more about when toddlers are ready to use a pillow at the BobbleRoos blog.  I have to say their toddler pillows are great for adults too.  Just the other night I could not get comfortable on my own pillow because I had a crick in my neck.  I kept feeling like I needed a little something right under the curve of my neck.  I thought of Aniala's pillow and it worked perfectly and I slept great the rest of the night.
