**CLOSED** Rockin' Green Laundry Detergent Review & Giveaway Ends 9/8

When I first started cloth diapering I had no idea how big of a challenge laundry was going to be.  Not because of washing the diapers or having to dump the solid waste, nope it was the laundry detergent that proved to be the hardest part of cloth diapering.  I had been using cloth for about six months when the horrible stink started.  I went searching online for solutions to this problem and I was told to strip my diapers.  Strip them I did using every single method anybody would offer up.  Nothing worked I tried five different cloth diaper detergents and while some of them helped the diapers not stink my son's skin couldn't handle the detergent and would get bad diaper rashes.  Finally on a forum somebody suggested I try a sample of Rockin' Green Laundry Detergent.  I was desperate so I purchased a sample, Rocked a Soak overnight, and fell in love with a detergent.  It has almost been a year now since I purchased that first sample.  We now use Rockin' Green for all our laundry.  

Rockin' Green recently got new packaging, new scents, and Hard Rock 2.0 came out.  I still was using Classic Rock in the old scents even though I have hard water but I had stocked up on Rockin' Green a while back and hadn't tried any of the new stuff.  Rockin' Green generously sent us three sample featuring the scent The Plain Green Tea's.  

I love the Hard Rock!  Now I only have to use 1 Tbs of it instead of 2-3 like I was!  The Plain Green Tea's is delicious smelling Rockin' Green describes it as a zen like blend of green tea and aloe.  I have since ordered all the new scents and they all smell so good!  I can't even choose a favorite one.  I personally use Bare Naked Babies for our diapers because even though Rockin' Green's scents are all natural my kids seem to have the most sensitive skin ever and I do not want to chance it.  I do use the yummy scents for the rest of our laundry and have not had any problems.  Even if you don't use cloth diapers this detergent is good for you because it is good for the environment and it is not as harsh on your skin.  I know using Rockin' Green my clothes feel cleaner too!

With one of the samples we received I Rocked a Soak on our car seat cover.  I took the above picture after the cover had been soaking for 5 minutes.  Notice how you can't even see the bottom of the tub.  Brent drained the tub before I snapped another picture but after a 3 hour soak the water was all brown and yucky.  Rockin' Green is amazing!
