The Wife: I am Melissa and I am a 34 year old SAHM. I have been married to Brent for 9 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, photography, knitting, sewing, creating mixed media arts, watching hockey, Disney World and all things Disney, trying new recipes, and trying new things in general. I am learning to make our life more green. I breastfeed, I co-sleep, I babywear, I cloth diaper, and try to practice attachment parenting as best I can with two kids.
The Husband:Brent is 32 years old. He is a complete tech guy. He loves movies, video games, gadgets, his TV, his surround sound, his laptop, and likes to keep on top of the latest technology. He also is a big fan of Disney World and all things Disney. Brent and I met when he was going to college and we both worked at a local photo lab together. Brent is a very laid back and relaxed person and just goes with the flow.
The Son: Korben is 4 years old and is the most energetic little boy I have ever seen. When I read parenting books none of the normal ones apply to him. He does fit the description of a "high spirited" child. I have babysat kids all my life and had to relearn everything I knew about kids when Korben came along. He loves numbers, letters, cars, Mickey Mouse, games, flags, and states (yes states, he knows all 50 of them by their shape and can recognize them by just their name as well.) One of his favorite things to do is line things up in a row.
The Daughter: Aniala was born at the end of December 2009. She is the complete opposite of Korben. She is laid back and very relaxed. She is happiest when she is being held. She loves her brother and laughs every time she sees him. Aniala was named after her Aunt Alaina. Aniala is Alaina backwards. We pronounce it A-nye-la. I know it is a difficult name but I am hoping she will grow up to love it like my sister did her name.

Sunni: I am 33 years old. I am a single mother to a 4 year old boy. I work full-time and enjoy my job. Some of my favorite things to do are reading, listening to music, cooking, and traveling. A goal of mine is to learn to sew and to be more frugal. I also love to review all kinds of products.
Aiden: He is a 4 year old loving and energetic boy. His favorite things are trucks, music, playing outside, baths, puzzles, being read to, and his all time favorite thing is trains. He is very entertaining!
He has Childhood Apraxia of Speech. He also has Sensory Processing Disorder and is classified as Hyposensitive.
